As "the Kommersant" informs, the struggle over the composition of the Board of Directors of "Rosneft" continues. The administration of the President proposes to introduce Artyom Avetisyan from the Strategic Initiatives Agency and the Deputy Energy Minister Alexey Teksler. They should change the academics Nicholay Laverov and Aleksandr Nekipelov, who heads the council since 2011. According to "the Kommersant", both possible new candidates are minions of the presidential aide Andrey Belousov, which can also join the board. However, the sources of "the Kommersant" claim that the head of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin opposes these changes.
