Concern of Rostec and Tatneft to sign agreement on construction of refinery with Uganda soon

PT-Business Development (RT-BD, investment subsidiary of Rostec) is going to soon sign an agreement with the Government of Uganda on the construction of an oil refinery, CEO of the Rostec’s subsidiary Andrei Korobov reported. The state-owned corporation's partners in the project are Tatneft and the second largest general contractor in South Korea GS.
