Network of Bashneft’s fuel stations rose by 20% in 2014 to 582 fuel stations

​In 2014 the network of Bashneft’s fuel stations rose from 485 to 582, is said in the company’s financial report.

“As a result of purchase of 2 networks of fuel stations, Bashneft showed a significant growth of its sales network”, is reported.

In May 2014 Bashneft started the reorganization of the system of retail sales.

In August the company purchased a network of fuel stations “Optan” that includes fuel stations in the Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Ulyanosk, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Sverdlovsk regions as well as Bashkiria, Mordovia, Chuvashia, Tataria and Mari-El. In December 2014 Bashneft completed the deal on the purchase of 100% of “Fuel Station Aktan” Ltd that holds a network of 17 fuel stations in the Samara region. The amount of the deal taking into account the deferred payment made up 1.2 bln roubles.

Besides Bashneft’s own fuel stations, it is represented by partner fuel stations in 9 regions of the country.
