Oil exports from Russia is up by 12.8% in Q1

Russia is the world’s leader on oil production. It increased oil export by 12.8% in Q1, 2015 up to 59.3 million tons year-on-year. Rosstat reports.

Oil production increased by 1.3% up to 131.6 million tons in Q1, 2015, including by 1.1% up to 45.2 million tons in March compared to March 2014 (+10% against February 2015).
