The state corporation has established a joint venture for oil and gas engineering.
As "the Kommersant" writes "Rostech" entered the program of import substitution in the oil and gas industry. The state corporation plans to raise up to 20 billion roubles for the creation of relevant industries on the basis of its new joint venture with United Engineering Corporation (OMK) of Mikhail Daev and Kirill Meshcheryakov. The industry does not know about these investors and their projects, but "Rostech" promises to consolidate the company in eight regions by the beginning of 2016, and to occupy 20% of the market by 2020.
