“Gazprom” to sell documentation on “South Stream” for 9 bln roubles

The Board of Directors of “Gazprom” approved the deal on selling documentation on “South Stream” gas pipeline construction project at the meeting on May 24. It is stated in the materials of the gas concern.
South Stream Transport B.V. is going to be the purchaser. It will buy out documents on feasibility study of an offshore part of “South Stream” for EUR38.15 million and documents on complex engineering surveys for EUR81.25 million.
