Transneft to start to prepare calculations of cost of ESPO capacity increase for supplies to China

Transneft has started to prepare the preliminary calculations of the cost of the ESPO’s throughput capacity growth to fulfill intergovernmental agreement on increase of oil supplies to China.
The extension project partially stays within a common concept of the ESPO’s throughput capacity increase, but rescheduling will require additional expenditures from Transneft.
