In autumn, Lukoil may place Eurobonds for up to $2 billion

Lukoil expects a technical window for the placement of Eurobonds to the amount of up to $2 billion in the autumn, Lukoil’s senior vice president of finance, Alexander Matytsy reported.

The company plans to place Eurobonds to cover the deficit of the investment program of this year, but the maximum amount of loans, according to the Board’s decision, can make up no more than $3.6 billion this year.
