Naftogaz not to be able to finance pumping gas into underground gas storages on its own.

The NAC states that financing of gas injection into underground storage facilities needs help from the government and international institutions.

Naftogaz of the Ukraine will not be able to finance the injection of natural gas in underground storage facilities for the passage of the next heating season and guarantee uninterrupted transit to the EU on its own, Sergei Alekseenko, the chief adviser to the chairman of the NAС board, stated at the conference "Ukrainian energy infrastructure and the Law: Challenges and Opportunities for practical integration with the power systems of Central European countries".
