Shareholders of Chelyabinsk zinc plant decided to invest 1.68 bln roubles into the company

On June 24th 2015 the annual meeting of shareholders of the Chelyabinsk zinc plant took place. The shareholders and their representatives holding 96.4% of general number of voting shares participated in the meeting.
CEO, P. Izbrekht, made the annual report on the results of the production – financial activity of the Chelyabinsk zinc plant for 2014, its social and corporate policy.
The annual report and annual accounting report of Chelyabinsk zinc plant OJSC for 2014 were approved at the meeting.
