Gas chemical complex to be built in Amur region by 2025

The construction of a gas chemical facility near the settlement Seryshevo (Amur region) is planned to start in the third quarter of 2015. The project is valued at 620 million roubles.
The high-quality production will be divided into 2 stages. Natural gas processing during the first stage will give helium.
