The Rosneft’s Security Service and the Main Transport Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal state enterprise Railway Transport Departmental Security Service of the Russian Federation within the current plans on provision of oil products security during their supply by railway carried out the operation “Angara-2013”.
