Net profit of Cnooc fell by 56% in H1

​Cnooc Ltd. reported on the fall of profit by 56% in H1 on the background of the global fall of demand for energy products.

The largest company of China on oil extraction at the shelf said that its net profit in H1 2015 fell to 14.73 bln yuans ($2.30 bln) from 33.59 bln yuans in H1 2014.

The company’s revenue fell by 35% to 89.59 bln yuans from 138.80 bln yuans.

Cnooc announce of the interim dividends at the amount of 25 Hong Kong cents a share which is similar to the dividend rate in 2014.
