Gazprom and Rosneft argue about the APR

The argument of Gazprom and Rosneft about the control of the APR has sharpened. Gazprom called the project of Rosneft (the construction of an LNG plant in Sakhalin) excessive and questioned the realness of the company’s export contracts. Rosneft believes, Gazprom is apprehensive about the growing struggle for the market. The sources say, the conflict of the state companies is connected with distribution of gas resources, Kommersant reports.
