Belorusneft has extracted 130 mln tons of oil in Belarus since 1964

​In 1964 the first oil output was received from P-8 and 9-6 wells at the Rechinsky deposit. From 1965 the industrial oil extraction started.

In 1966 Belorusneft was founded.

The first million ton of oil was extracted in 1967.

In 1975 the country announced of reaching the maximum oil extraction -7.953 mln tons of oil a year.

In September 1998 100 mln tons of oil were extracted.

By the beginning of 2015, 81 oil and gas condensate deposits had been discovered in Belarus.

Belorusneft holds oil and gas extraction at 61 deposits with the total fund of almost 1,000 wells, including 801 extraction wells.

The extraction volume is 1.645 mln tons of oil.

According to the deputy head of Belorusneft, S, Kamornikov, there about 50 mln tons of explored oil reserves in Belarus.
