Moscow Arbitration court initiates proceedings on two more Sberbank’s lawsuits against Mechel

The Moscow Arbitration Court has initiated proceedings on two last lawsuits of Sberbank against coal company Yuzhny Kuzbass, which is a part of Igor Zyuzin’s Mechel. The claims for $445 million and $3.3 billion rubles came to the court on October 6.
