Rosneft intends to buy the oil terminal Lavna in Murmansk

RN-Active Ltd (in the structure of Rosneft) has applied to FAS on the purchase of 100% of the “Oil terminal Lavna” in Murmansk.
FAS decided to prolong the period of consideration of the application for 2 months due to the necessity of its additional consideration as well as collecting additional information so as to make its decision.
