In 2014, the Ukraine can lift its prohibition for own oil exports

The Ministry of Economy Development and Trade of the Ukraine suggests to lift in 2014 the prohibition for own oil exports introduced in the beginning of 2012. The Ministry has already presented to other departments the project named ‘About admission of the list of goods ought to be licensed for exports and imports, and the quotas for 2014’.
