Koks Group creates steel production that to be 3 times cheaper that NLMK-Kaluga

The Koks Group, headed by Evgeny Zubitsky, will invest $300-400 million into the creation of an enterprise in Tula (Tulachermet). This was reported to the RBK daily by two sources that are close to the company. The amount of investments into Tulachermet is 3 times less than in NLMK-Kaluga, although both enterprises are focused on import substitution in the central region and will output similar products in the same volumes.

NLMK declined to comment on this news.
