Rosneft’s application for connection to ESPO is postponed to May

Transneft has asked Rosneft to finally decide on project to connect the Eastern petrochemical company (VNKhK) to the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline at the forthcoming meeting of the governmental FEC Commission in May, the Head of the transport company, Nikolay Tokarev reported.
The Rosneft application for connection has been received, but “we refrain from decisions on this issue and asked Rosneft not to hurry for while. The governmental FEC Commission’s meeting will take place in May,” – he said.
