The Russian oil companies increased production drilling by 5.9% to 17,656,700 m, and exploration drilling by 2% to 710,300 m.
Within the period, Surgutneftegaz drilled 186,000 m of exploration wells (-1.1%), and 4,253,500 m of production drilling (+7.7%). Lukoil drilled 164,400 m of exploration wells (+9.2%), and 3,045,200 m of production drilling (+7.4%). Rosneft drilled 140,000 m of exploration wells, and 4,842,700 m of production drilling. Gazprom Neft drilled 35,400 m of exploration wells (-36.3%), and 2,429,300 m of production drilling (+20.5%).
