Surgutneftegas refuses site in the Irkutsk region

From November 1 of 2013, at Surgutneftegaz’s request Rosnedra determined the company’s right to use subsoil of the Nizhnenepsky site in the Irkutsk region, which license gave the company possibility of geological survey and production of hydrocarbons.
Surgutneftegaz received the Nizhnenepsky site in 2006 at auction.
