ENRC to sell its Serov ferroalloy plant to Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical plant

Kazakh company Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) can sell Serov ferroalloy plant (the Sverdlovsk region) to Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical plant. The Federal Antimonopoly Service approved the deal on the second attempt, now the parties are negotiating on the amount of the purchase, the Interfax reports.
