Gazprom Neft has drilled for the first time a horizontal well at Yamal with length of the horizontal hole of over 1,500 m and total length of 4,200 m. The horizontal division is located by 91% in the oil saturated layer of the Novy Port suite characterized with high transparency of the rock enabling to raise high debits without layer hydraulic fracturing.
