Russia and Venezuela have held meeting before session of the OPEC

Russian and Venezuelan delegations discussed measures related to the maintenance of oil prices in the framework of the consultations that took place yesterday. It was decided to hold the negotiations the day before the meeting of representatives of the OPEC states, during which a decision, related to the reduction of quotas for the oil extraction, can be made.
