Customs Union intends to introduce antidumping duties for seamless pipes from the Ukraine

​The Eurasia Economic Committee suggests introducing antidumping duties for seamless pipes from the Ukraine out of stainless steel with the diameter of up to 426 mm which are produced by the hot or cold deformation method.

It is suggested applying the antidumping measures in the form of antidumping duty for the period of 5 years at the following rates: for “Centravis Production Ukriane” PJSC – 4.32%, Interpipe Nico Tube Ltd- 4.32%, OSCAR Ltd-19.6%, for others -19.6%.

In February 2015 the Eurasia Economic Committee made a decision to start the antidumping investigation in respect of seamless pipes out of stainless steel with the diameter of up to 426 mm from the Ukraine.

The investigation was initiated on the basis of the results of consideration of the application filed by the Volga pipe plant OJSC, TMK-INOKS Ltd, Pervouralsk new pipe plant OJSC and Chelyabinsk pipe rolling plant OJSC.
