Innovative technologies for the development of brownfields were presented in Nizhnevartovsk. A round table "50 years of Samotlor: Future of brownfields" was held on the eve of the exhibition "Nizhnevartovsk. Oil. Gas - 2015".
LLC "Underground Mechanics" from Ufa presented its inventions first. Chief Geologist of LLC "Underground Mechanics" Ivan Dyachuk introduced complex technologies and device for treatment of the bottomhole formation zone (BFZ) "Gidrotaran". The development involves change in permeability and porosity of the BFZ, which is separated from the wellbore packer, pressure pulses from atmospheric pressure to 70 MPa.
