On January 15, the Ninth Appeal Court rejected the appeal of S. Davydov who claimed to pledge Rosneft to make public offer to the minority shareholders of RN Holding, the former BP-TNK Holding. The claimant demanded to revise the verdict of the Arbitration Court of Moscow made on October 25 2013.
