Surgutneftegaz, Rosneft and La-Manch, registered in Surgut, will take part in auction for development of the South-Konitlorskoy site, located in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district. The auction will take place on January 30; the initial price of the site is 1.9 billion rubles.
