Rosneft has granted to Deutsche Bank guarantee for Itera on the credit for $325 million

At the session on January 22 2014, Rosneft Board of Directors decided to grant to Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S. A. the guarantee for Itera NGK on the credit agreement for $325 million. The guarantee is granted until August 11 2016. Total sum of the transaction will be $335 million concerning the interest payments.
