Rosneft should be privatized in 2014

The Minister of Economy Development of Russia A. Ulyukayev says that the transaction on Rosneft is postponed for 2016 under some tax reasons but it’s technically ready by 2014. In his opinion, the transaction on the company privatization should be performed in 2014 because the oil market is very movable; it’s positive now and the assets cost much. The oil market opens now, and the interest in the investment sphere is high.
