MinPrirody has lowered its expectations concerning oil and gas resources growth in Russia before 2020. The Ministry explains it by an anticipated reduction of funds for geological exploration and the influence of the American and European sanctions. Within the next five years, according to Minprirody, the companies will only be focused on a replacement of reserves.
