Rosneft’s affiliates to be issued loans for 840 roubles without interest

The loans are issued for 6 years for RN-Aero, RN-Bunker, RN-Sakhalinmorneftegas, RN-Komsomolsk oil refinery plant and RN-Vostoknefteprodukt.
Rosneft has issued interest-free loans to its affiliates for the amount up to $140 bln for each company for 6 years.
The Board of Directors on Jan 24th 2015 approved the issue of up to $140 bln to RN-Aero, RN-Bunker, RN-Sakhalinmorneftegas, RN-Komsomolsk oil refinery plant and RN-Vostoknefteprodukt.
The company feels confident in the market.
According to the press secretary of Rosneft, M. Leontiev, it is not necessary to pay attention to the market capitalization, share indices and ratings.
