Viktor Ishayev, Russian presidential adviser on the Far East project, has stated that Rosneft will cope, even if the price of a barrel of oil drops to $30.
According to Ishayev, operating expenses of the largest Russian oil company don’t exceed $3-4 per barrel, so Rosneft is ready to cope with the difficulties associated with the fall in prices for "black gold".
