In 2015, enterprises of petrochemical complex of Tatarstan increased sales 1.5 times

In 2015, basic enterprises of the petrochemical complex of Tatarstan, according to preliminary estimates, increased the profit from sales 1.5 times as compared to the previous year, the press centre of Tatarstan reports, referring to head of Tatneftekhiminvest holding Rafinaat Yarullin, who spoke at the board meeting.

According to R.Yarullin, the growth was primarily caused by fluctuations in the ruble exchange rate. Last year, the basic companies exported products for more than 424.6 billion rubles, which provided 46.5% of their total revenue. The volume of the export revenues was increased by Kazanorgsintez (TAIF group), the largest Russian producer of polyethylene, Tatneft and Mendeleevskazot.
