State program necessary to discipline subsoil users in financing their projects

The volume of financial resources necessary for the realization of the subprogram “Recover of the raw mineral base, geological study of subsoil” is 3 trln roubles, 359.3 bln roubles of which will be given by the budget, a bit more than 4 bln roubles –by the budgets of the regions. The rest 2.7 trln roubles are to be invested by the companies, RBC daily writes.
