Khoroshavin: Inclusion of Far East LNG of Rosneft in Sakhalin-1 project is optimal in conditions of sectoral sanctions

"As I see it, the inclusion of Far East LNG of Rosneft in the Sakhalin-1 project is one of the best options for the development of this project. For the state in terms of the sectoral sanctions we will get technologies, good, strategic investor, with which we have established clear relationships. If we derive the plant beyond the PSA, we will obtain technological problems, as well as investment ones. This will delay this project implementation, or will even stop it, "- he said.
The Governor added that the decision to include Far East LNG under the PSA project Sakhalin-1 is expected in the third-fourth quarters of 2015.
