Russia to discuss gas supplies with the EU and the Ukraine on March 2nd
On March 2, trilateral meeting of Russia, the Ukraine and the European Union will be held in Brussels. The countries’ representatives will discuss issues relating to gas supplies to the Ukraine and its transit to European territory.
This was reported by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak at the Krasnoyarsk forum on February 27.
"We agreed that I would come on Monday. We agreed with the Commissioner that we would hold such consultations at the tripartite level, - confirmed the Minister. - We will discuss the implementation of the October tripartite agreements, agreements that were signed. First of all, we will talk about the situation with the current gas supplies to the Ukraine and transit to European consumers".
