As the Forbes found out, "Rosneft" may have gas subsidiary - "Rosneft gas". A former top manager of "Gazprom" will most likely lead it.
Gas business of "Rosneft" could be isolated into a separate subsidiary, two people familiar with the details of the process told the Forbes. According to them, the new subsidiary can get the name "Rosneft gas" and its leader should be Vlada Rusakova – the Vice-President of "Rosneft", who heads the department of gas business. Prior to joining the oil company in April 2013. Rusakova worked in "Gazprom" for many years and since 2003 has been a board member of the monopoly.
