"Rosneft" is expanding mining concessions.

The company asks the credit support from state.

"Rosneft" does not leave attempts to include oil and gas production in the Central Bank refinancing loans preferential program for investment in priority sectors of the economy. Now this government support is only for the companies that are engaged into the refining industry, but the president of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin has asked the Deputy Prime Minister Arkadiy Dvorkovich to add production projects into the list. The Ministry of Economy did not agree for this. But even if "Rosneft" gets it it can not receive the money: limit of applications for soft loans is exceeded by 1.5 times, and the Central Bank is not ready to expand it.
