In late 2016, oil company Lukoil plans to launch the Filanovsky field in the North Caspian region, head of the company Vagit Alekperov said at the meeting with students of the Perm Research Polytechnic University. "At the end of 2016, we plan to complete the works and to launch one of the largest fields, discovered in recent history – the Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea," - he said.
