Naftogaz to receive dividend payment from “Ukrnafta” in court

“Naftogaz Ukraine” has filed a lawsuit in Kyiv Economic Court, which requires the PJSC “Ukrnafta” to pay out the dividends to the majority shareholder, i.e. the state, represented by Naftogaz Ukraine.
The court considered the arguments of “Naftogaz” sufficient to accept a legal claim for consideration. According to information on the web portal of the Economic Court, the first hearing on the case is scheduled for June 8.
