New owner of Lukoil’s fuel stations in the Ukraine will invest $30 mln into the development of the network in 2015

AMIC Energy Management GmbH (Austria) that has purchased a network of Lukoil’s fuel stations in the Ukraine will invest $30 mln into its development, the chairman of the company’s supervision council, W. Ruttenstorfer said today.
It is planned to complete the registration of all 240 fuel stations in summer.
The fuel from the EU, Russia and the Ukraine will be sold at the fuel stations. A multinational team with specialists from Poland, Czech and the Ukraine will manage the network. “AMIC-Ukraine” will be responsible for the Ukrainian market, it is headed by R. P. Novek.
