"Rosneftegaz" to get state package "Arktikshelfneftegaz" - holder of the license in the Barents Sea

Federal Property Management Agency will give "Rosneftegaz" state-owned stake of CJSC "Arktikshelfneftegaz" - a joint venture of "Rosneft" and the Federal Property Agency, - which holds the license for the deposit in the Barents Sea. This follows from the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, published on the official web portal of legal information.

"Arktikshelfneftegaz" holds the license for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the territory of Medynsk-Varandey license area in the southeastern part of the Barents Sea.
