Russian Ministry of Energy offers oil companies to sell up to 1% of produced oil through stcck exchange

Russian Ministry of Energy has proposed oil companies to sell 1% of produced oil through stock exchange, differences with the Federal Antimonopoly Service on the issue are still not resolved. This was announced by head of the FEC Control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia Dmitry Makhonin.
