Transneft can’t gain access to its oil products pipelines in the Ukraine

The Ukraine’s Customs service sets obstacles for fuel transit of Transneft to Hungary despite of the Court’s decision, Transneft’s head, N. Tokarev, sayd.
90 thousand tons of diesel fuel of Bashneft are still in the pipe, he said.
At first the Ukrainian Courts said that these oil products belong to them, then to Russia but anyway the Customs Service doesn’t allow to remove the seal for 40 days already.
Mr. Tokarev said that within a short period of time the enterprise in the Ukraine faces various problems. 800 people are not paid salaries.
