Korshunovsky GOK modernizes equipment

​At the processing plant of the Korshunovsky GOK (in the structure of Mechel) 5 new pumps for enrichment waste pumping into a special storage have been put into operation.

The new pumps have replaced the old equipment.

GRT 4000/71 pumps are able to pump up to 4 thousand cubic m of hydraulic fluid an hour at the height of up to 71 m. The assembly of new equipment was held by the specialists of the processing plant.

The GRT 4000/71 pumps will provide the execution of the planned production volumes of iron ore concentrate, chief engineer of the processing plant of the Korshunovsky GOK, A. Miloslavsky. In future we plan to replace another 8 similar units.
