BP-TNK Holding shareholders will execute the last session under this brand

The shareholders of BP-TNK Holding, controlled by Rosneft are going to admit the changes to the Regulations at the annual session, under which the brand will be changed to RN Holding JSC. They are also offered to admit payment of rewarding only to one member of the Board of Directors, J. Bodon, at a rate of Euro 100,000. Last year 5 directors representing AAR and on independent director got rewards of $12-60 thousand, and the independent director D. Lasfarg got $60,000.
