Gazprom plans to give Naftogas an advance payment in the amount of $1 billion for gas transit to pump gas into underground gas storages.
On June 26, 2013, a working meeting of A.Miller and the Naftogas’ Head E.Bakulin took place in Moscow, where this decision was made.
