“Rosneft” asks for suspension of tax increase on residual oil

Maximum taxes on residual oil are to be used since 2017. However, they stated in “Rosneft” that they did not update production fully and it produces residual oil in large volume, Vedomosti writes. They confirmed the information in the Ministry of Energy.
